A look at E-F Wednesday

Here’s a quick look at the midweek card.

There are severe storms forecast in the South east Tuesday afternoon so track condition is a real question mark?

Rail-2 metres 1000m to 400m; True the Remainder.

Race 3: TRILIONE enters the Forster stable and I believe Desliegh can continue her unbelievable run this season. I wouldn’t be falling into silly odds but she has form around Bound To Blush, Miss Marx, News Alert and co. SUNSET AFFAIR going well and is up to better races than this also.

Race 5: STATE OF WEALTH was terrific on Cup day and comes in fresh. The track condition is probably key for him. If it is dry he is the horse they have to beat. I’m prepared to go with ROCKY KING here. The wide gate 1st up put an end to him but from gate 4 can kick up on pace and be hard to beat. Hasn’t seen many wet tracks but being by Easy Rocking I’d expect him to get through it. SARGE IN CHARGE would love a heap of rain and if it falls he can race well. VARWELL is hard to catch (for me anyway) and I would be a lot keener if he was on top of the ground. He likes this track/trip so can be competitive.

*Good sprint race.

Race 6: Pretty ordinary race and won’t be getting too involved. ARGIE’S HEART has the Heza Jetsetter form and that should stack up well here. This is easier and gets a good run on pace. TOP RADA always up to a race like this but i’m not sure 1400m wouldn’t suit better? DANSAL is the best horse in the race in my eyes but jump from 1200m to 1500m for the first time is a query. If the rain comes ANGEL’S DESTINY and COCK A HOOP may add big value to first 4’s.

*Tough race.

*Bit of a tough day about the place. Probably a bit more keen to wait until Saturday.

The BLACKBOOK should be up tomorrow so be sure to check in.
