Heaps of trials in brissy, here’s a few that went well.
ROTHFIRE– Did what you’d expect. Not asked for a lot and he’s looks to be going as well as you could possibly hope after the injury.
CONTEMPTUOUS– I’ve thought he’s been a disappointing horse but he’s starting to win me over. I know Chris Nelson likes him and he trialed particularly well here. Led them up and won untouched
FURNACE ON FIRE– Couple of dominant on speed trials and this was a big margin. Always like horse with the on speed pattern and this one is ready to win a race now.
SHALAA KING– Got a bit to learn and probably better in his 2nd prep but looks to have more than enough talent to be winning a race or two this prep also.
THATFEELSBETTER– Like the fact he’s had one prep and will improve this time in work. Also like the fact Baylee simply used this trial to teach him how to race. Got him to settle behind the leader and good through the line.
