He opened around $2.50, at that price I could have something on. Form around Pohutakawa and Lean Mean Machine throughout career. Been gelded, Lloyd rides and should box seat on the back of the weak Lashoni.

Race 5 No.1-HIGH WIND $3.50
There is a chance he might need one more but have confidence in the fact Stewart can outride them, he can be on speed in a below avg run race. Errol will try to circle before the corner as he does each run but if Stewart dictates he can make it impossible for that horse to win. JET TRAIN hardest to beat.

Just think this blokes going better than it reads. Should have finished a lot closer last time when held up the entire straight. Might need some luck from the gate but Orman should be able to land closer here and that’s the key.

Race 8 No.6-TAMBO’S MATE $3.40
Reckon he’s a handy 3yr old. Won well on debut in an avg maiden but went to town in a good 3yr old race and was wide the trip but still good late. That should be good form for this. Happy to back him a win and small saver the topweight.
