As always around this time of year there is plenty of news going around.
*The latest in the Cox plate is that Craig Williams will ride Green Moon, while Corey Brown has picked up the ride on Pierro for Gai Waterhouse. Craig Newitt will ride Proisir.
*Brown also has the ride on My Quest For Peace in the Caulfield Cup.
*Team Hawkes have stated that All Too Hard may still miss the Cox Plate. If all is well he will run, but they sent a warning for punters to hold off until they confirm him closer to the race.
*The Caulfield Cup field has been announced with the Barrier Draw being conducted Wednesday. No real shocks but the talking point is which are the last horses to gain a start? ALCOPOP, SABRAGE and MOUDRE are fighting for the last two spots.
