Very tough sort of day and a chance of rain on the day makes it hard. To be honest my main bet has been HIGH DEGREE ew @ $16, no real value in the other selections below (and a chance they shorten) NOW SCRATCHED!

Doomben Race 8 No.2-QIJI PHOENIX $3.40 (Been bumping into Emerald Kingdom, nothing like him in this. Gets his chance)
Gold Coast Race 7 No.1-GREAT POWERS $3 (This a lot easier than what she’s raced this prep and claim is ideal)
Gold Coast Race 8 No.2-REST OF THE WORLD $3.70 (Blinkers off, good gate and fitter for the last start)
Best Roughie: NOW SCRATCHED!
Race 4 No.2-HIGH DEGREE $15. (Nice drop in grade and will run better than the odds suggest)
