It is that time of year that all the good horses are heading back to the trials and on the verge of another prep. Plenty of news getting around the traps so here is the latest on a few:
*Darley are apparently extremely happy with EARTHQUAKE after a super gallop this morning. All systems go for the Blue Diamond Prelude this Saturday
*RUBIK is the other boom 2 year old and he has been reported as travelling well overnight to Melbourne. He will step out this week and look to hold on to Blue Diamond favouritism.
*Another Darley star GUELPH had won her trial in Sydney and has the chance to enhance her already glittering career when she returns.
*SNITZERLAND has won a trial by 6L and run good time to stamp herself as a horse to watch again this time in work.
*LORD OF THE SKY was the talk of the town lately but after the weekend effort when he ran last he was found to be sore and is heading to the paddock.
*THUMP has won a Monday trial for Kris Lees and the reports are very good! Will be a horse to follow for sure.
**Don’t like the Brisbane midweek card this week. It has been kind to us of late but deciding to stay out this week.
