This weeks blackbook

Blackbookers for another week are as follows:

TRAKSTAR- Unlucky when trapped wide the entire race. Can be winning shortly.

WESTCHESTER-Liked the run in Sydney and I’ sure Snowden will place her to advantage.

PROISIR- Extremely exciting and heading to better things.

NORZITA- Her run was great behind the potential star and she can run well over further now.

DIAMOND JIM- This horse is just worth following if he pops up in a similar grade race. He was in trouble getting pushed back when others were making runs. Could be worth a small wager at big odds.

DON’T BLINK- Took on the older horses and I thought the run was full of merit.

HIGH AIMS- They may be about to take on the big guns which may be an aim too high. If they drop her back a grade she can win as the distances rise.

KABAYAN- Not sure if he can roll Nechita in a Golden Rose but he is a serious horse who wobbled around Caulfield. Many horses have done that over the years and then started over the odds after being beaten on the tricky track.

MR MAKE BELIEVE- Looking for a few nice handicap wins for this bloke. Looks to have returned a treat and handles all conditions.

CHASE THE RAINBOW- Many may fear the ‘2nd up syndrome’ after a long layoff but he was super first-up and is in for a big carnival.

**Try to tune in for the chat with Steve Hewlett tomorrow on RadioTab for the early weekend mail.

*I will also mention the winner of the ‘Wayne Wilson Medal’ for the best performance by a QLD trainer last year.  I’m sure it will be a very tight vote!
