This weeks Blackbook

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

With a fair bit of rain around at most centres it can be difficult blackbooking horses for the future, but I’ve found some from all around Australia to put in going forward.

CRAFTY IRNA- Not overly suited by conditions and fitter now. I’d expect her to go close next time out.

NIAGARA- He looks to have come back a treat. We will follow him his next two starts because I think they will place him well and can be winning.

GYBE- Was on the worst part of the track, but fought it out ok. Natural improvement gives her a big show next time she steps out.

PERMIT- Unlucky runner and should have finished a lot closer. Peaking now.

OCEAN PARK- I thought this effort was outstanding and he can run a race at odds again over the carnival.

AMBIDEXTER- Got to the outside and flew. Has been good without luck this prep and it looks a matter of time till he wins a big one.

HUEGILL- I think he is a genuine Listed G3 horse, so I’m not getting carried away, but he was a moral beat here.

GAIL- Lost her way last prep but may be on way back up.

SO SWIFT- Will take huge improvement on that run and in for a good preparation.

ANOTHER SUPERIOR- One more stride may have been enough, but rock hard fit now and worth following.

VIKING HEART- Big run and a slight rise in distance may now be the key to a win.

*Feel free to send these onto punting mate who may be interested. There is more good stuff to come this week including the big preview Friday.

*For those who read up on Chris Nelsons you may know he declared Doubtfilly the other day in the big QTIS race. Anyway I believe he is having a half price trial for those who want to save time on doing trial form, or just want to take his mail. Check it out to see if it works for you.
