Liked what I witnessed last prep, has a nice action and looks a horse that can win a few races this prep for sure. The 3kg apprentice and a tight track are the queries but at the price can give this a shake at the right price. The odds on pop is obviously the one it has to beat.

Well the confidence has dropped a bit here with MY ODDETTE smashed from $10 into $3.60 an hour after markets went up. What makes it worse is that it’s only trial is the only one missing from the official replays!!! Still feel ONE MORE FIELD is a nice horse on the way up and gets blinkers first time. Now I’ve seen the footage it might play more to the quinella here.

CANTERBURY Race6 #3 SUPER CONTENDER $2
Just a horse I really liked when he raced up here. Might be short enough but if he’s improved from last prep he can roll forward and be very hard to run down. Keen to see what market does late.
