Not a track I usually play of but have done the form for the day.
Race 1:
SLIPPIN’ JIMMY was a good winner last start and does look hard to beat. Does have the apprentice on though ad odds on seems a little skinny to me. SINGLE TOUCH wasn’t far off that horse last start and is a better price at $3.50. Feel it can improve fitness wise and like the stable.

Race 2:
TA SET NAFERU has built into the prep and was good last start. Nearing a win and Mallyon is the key booking here, will take some beating. HEZANUFF had got back and was running on well in races. Sat closer last start and had no luck at all. If it had a get i’d be very keen, just needs a good ride now. Was $6 into $4.20 quickly. FRISKEE FROG can be in front of those mentioned and land in the money.

Race 5:
JACK DUGGAN is nice and consistent. Got back and worked through the line strong last start (2nd best L200m of the race). Strips fitter for that and this looks a nice target. Would be a good thing if it was 1800m, just the last 50m is a little query here. Still think he’s the one to beat. FULL PRESS had been very good this prep and then stepped up to the Grafton Cup and forget that run against some very good horses. This is much easier and better placed here. SHERIFF CODY was good last start in a plain race. Can be around the money.
On Top: 2-JACK DUGGAN $5 from 1-FULL PRESS $6 (Main bet 2 for me and making 1 a winning result)

Race 6:
Lots of chances here and not much would surprise. SWIFT CHARM looked plain fresh but not much went right. Was back and wide the whole race. Still sneaky good through the line and should be the one who improves sharply here. The $6 opening price was a bet for sure but now $3.80 not as tempting. TSUNODA is a big unit with a nice big stride that should be suited. Bad gate is a bit of an issue but with clear air, it would be one of the strongest late. FIELD OF MYRTLE and BOMBAREE BEACH might be next best.
