The start of the playoffs and it looks a bit more open than previous years when Scheffler has had a lap on them.
I am more excited about betting in the second string tournaments later in the year but let’s look at the St Jude first.

SCHEFFLER $7 – Still the one to beat. 4th and 2nd in his last two starts this year and 4th and 3rd his last two starts in this comp. Just the most consistent bloke on tour and he is a saver bet for me this week. Enough to get stakes back if he wins.
SCHAUFFELE $22– Just been behind the game all year and might be starting to find some of his best form off a 2nd place finish a fortnight ago. Like the fact he played there while a lot of these guy had it off. 6x Top 10’s still this year and 10th overall Shots gained on tour.
BURNS $27- Thought we’d get better price but he has been tracking. 4th, 20th, 2nd, 12th and 3rd are his last results. He is ranked 3rd Shots gained putting on tour and has a sense of timing about him.
FLEETWOOD $27– In his last six tournaments his worst result is 13th. Has also finished 3rd here two of the last three years. Ranked 3rd Shots gained total on tour and 1st scrambling from the rough.
HENLEY $50- Has had 5x Tops 10’s this year including a win. 2nd in Driving accuracy on tour and 9th scrambling. Another who played a fortnight ago and was T20 there.
McINTYRE $75- Gee I love this bloke. Has had some family issues this year which hasn’t helped. Feel he has turned that around and I am certain he makes a real run at these playoffs. He was T10 at the Travelers, T3 at the Scottish open and T28 at The Open. 8th in Shots gained putting but hi strength is getting into the fight and not blinking when it comes to the crunch.
