THE HARROVIAN is a gem and has run well in races like the All-star mile and the G1 Stradbroke. He handles all ground and 1350m is a good kickoff point for him. The little query is the fact he had to scratch a fortnight ago with his bloods just not being 100%. BALLISTIC BOY doesn’t know how to run a bad race. He’s just a winner who can put himself in the race from the good gate and sure to be in the fight late. With a lack of speed in this race they should be positive and try to land in the first 4-5 settling. NICCANOVA was a pass mark fresh and will be better for the run. He’s more than up to this race if they can stay in touch early. The 1350m is a genuine query for me with TAMBO’S MATE but he is the best wet tracker in the race and is flying at the moment. On the backup should help him run the trip. MORETHANNUMBERONE was a bit underdone last start and just spotted them way too big of a start. He is a very nice horse on the way up and in a stable that’s airborne. Lightweight is a big positive and don’t be surprised if he lands closer here.
