Gee it’s a shit time of year in south east Qld. Some of the worst Saturday fields I can ever remember. Not a lot to follow as I don’t trust many of them.
LOCKYER– Gelded this prep and been racing better. The blinkers on have been the final piece of the puzzle. Looked fool proof in this run and was a strong winner. Can go on with it.
NORTH POLE– Usually a bloke that holds his form and I loved this effort with the weight. Just run over by one with no weight. North Pole can win one soon.

SHE’S EXOTIC– More a forgive than blackbook. Clipped heels and held up the entire straight. Looked like she had plenty to give as well.
