Waiting for the prices to go up LATE AS USUAL for the Qld midweek meeting to see if anything is worth a wager or not.
Race 1 I feel NAVAL STRIKE can be an improver, the fav is the obvious one to beat but with blinkers on and at $14 NAVAL STRIKES a small e/w bet for me.
Race 2: SWING SHIFT $7 looks well suited here. Again the fav is the one to beat but off the last effort happy to have a small play SWING SHIFT.
Race 4: THE IRONS is screaming to win a race and this seems a winnable race. Just too far back last time and can make amends at $4+
Race 7: Speed should be on and SIMPLY SPLASHING might be able to run over them late at $5.50
Race 8: Even race, just felt the $10 MYMILL might be a little over the odds. Needs a good ride from the sticky gate, that’s the query.
