Righto, I bloody love the cup. Seems to be a trend or cool to knock the cup but they can all get stuffed. Still the race that stops a nation.
Here are a few that interest me in the CUP early here. Much can change, but thought it was worth helping with some replays.
FLATTEN THE CURVE $51-$61 depending where you are shopping.
Many have simply said the German for is just shit and can’t win. Fair enough, I simply like what I see. This horse not only stays on like the mother in law- it has a little turn of foot too. I’m actually taken by the replays, even if people don’t like the form. It’s not like the Cup is full of world beaters. REPLAYS BELOW.

The other that really interests me is much shorter. AL RIFFA $6 will be the best horse in the Melbourne Cup. Short enough now to be honest in all in markets but he’s a ripper.
In a powerful stable and the last two wins over 2800m at the Curragh have been exceptional. Another stayer with a turn of foot but he has class.

I’ve written this on GEELONG cup day. GILDED WATER is a horse that I like so it will be interesting to see how he runs today. I expect him to win and be a live chance in a cup.

HALF YOURS is the Caulfield Cup winner, PRESAGE NOCTURNE was also good in that race.
