Another winning week in Brisbane and the GC, the run of best bets at good prices continues…. (for now)

Blackbook:
VANNA GIRL- She is all class and no doubt she will be improving many lengths as the prep goes on. (2nd best L400m of the meeting also)
MILITARY GAMBLER– I guess we have to believe our eyes. Ran right over the top of them late and looked good in doing it. I’m not all over the Munce suspension so not sure when that starts or if he will be around for this horses prep though which is a little query.
CLOAK– May need one more but this was more than a pass mark and is a horse I may have underrated until now.
BE WATER MY FRIEND– Ready to win and just needs the right race set up. This track/trip from the gate was never going to be easy but the effort was great.
*I want to mention ZOUKINA because she ran the best L800-600-400m of the meeting and 10th best L200m. It was an excellent run. She just has that horrible pattern and it’s wearing a bit thin the old flashing light late.
SACKING:
THE MOVE– Has ability, just not sure where it is.
TAKE TEA– She is as consistent as I am doing the vacuuming at home. Enough is enough.
SMART METEOR– Just a joke here for those who follow the site all the time. We all know I put him in everyone of these articles. Really wet track on the weekend but beaten as fav AGAIN. Now 18 runs without a win.
