Time to welcome aboard a QLD icon to the Brissyraces family! One of the best known hotels in Brisbane, THE PINEAPPLE HOTEL has been in Kangaroo Point area since 1864, and I’m wrapped to link up with ‘The Piney’. The Singleton family have owned the hotel for over 25 years and have fully renovated The Pineapple to make it the award winning hotel it is today.
Based within walking distance to the GABBA, it is a great place for pre-game and post-game catch up with mates in the 5th quarter bar (including PubTab).
The Pineapple also has a few other bars and the ‘Steak House’ and ‘Park Bars’ for a great feed, so there is a spot for every occasion! There is also sophisticated function rooms for group bookings or weddings etc.
If you have the kids, not a problem with the kids playground there to keep them amused!
With big business everywhere it is great to see a family run business like the Pineapple thrive under the Singleton’s!
The good news is we will also be running a few competitions and giving locals a chance to win meals thanks to Craig and Bob at The Piney.
If and when we hold our Brissyraces get together later in the year The Pineapple Hotel will be the place of choice for us and the perfect place for us to have a beer and punt..
