Blue Diamond preview

I always love this race but it is a bloody even year and nothing at all would surprise.

The Waterhouse team are having a season unheard of with their 2yr olds. They have LADY OF CAMELOT here. Was good in a G3 on debut and not beaten far. Given a break and come back with a dominant all the way win last start. Will be on speed again and the stable proving hard to run down.

I’m surprised SPYWIRE is $34 and TRAFFIC WARDEN is $46, they both have some Storm Boy form. TRAFFIC WARDEN was 2nd to Storm Boy on debut, then won on this track next start and not the best luck late last start. The issue here is a bad gate but the 1200m with speed on means the $46/$10 gets some of mine.

COLEMAN looks a really good one. He is 2 from and the best part of his races have been through the line. If that is the right formline, he is the one. Just not sure if it’s the A grade form or not.

BODYGAURD has looked good but had a couple of vet checks this week and that’s a query. MATISSE and HAYASUGI just another two good winning hopes and it doesn’t stop there.
