Back to Doomben last week and no surprise the best week in Brisbane for a while with 6 from 10 winners. Back to Eagle Farm this week and not confident. Links are below but I’ll add FLEMINGTON thoughts on here too.

*DERBY DAY and many might just like some sort of steer., I will add thoughts on a few races below (not a lot of value) and will add QUADDIE closer to race day.
‘THE PROPHETS’ BEST:
EF- Race 6 #9 ZAHER
Race 1 #1 BRAVE MEAD $2.90
Does look a two horse race with HEMAN but feel this horse can map a little better and was very strong through the line winning last start. As long as Spencer gives it a good ride it will be hard to beat.
Race 4 #5 TRIPLE MISSILE $3.70
Only little concern is the gate but gets McDonald on here instead of Kah. Loves it down the straight, 1200m is perfect and better for the fresh run where it ran very well. Extremely well placed and sure to be around the money with even luck.
Race 5 #1 ZARDOZI $2.40
Should be one of the best bets of the day. No luck at all two runs back but made amends last start and looked like the extra trip here will be ideal. Stable going well, as is the jock and will take a stack of beating. I feel AETHELFELD is the best roughie, looks a genuine stayer.
Race 9 #12 KALINO $9/$3
Very hard race to finish the day and have never really been in the corner of this horse. Have really liked what it’s done recently and expect it to be good late and through the line again here. Seems a fair price close to the double figures.
