I come across an article on the QLD Racehorse Owners Assoc. site that I found interesting regarding more possible changes to the QTIS scheme.
It is a long article and can be a little hard to understand but it is worth a read and hopefully we can work out THE BEST plan as QTIS is the only thing saving QLD racing at present
